Wholesale & volume orders
Build the cart you need, ask us to price it, and get an offer back with every line, the shipping and any deposit set out. There are no tiers to decode — each volume order is quoted on its own.
How a quote works
- 1
Build your cart
Add what you need, at the quantities you need. List prices are shown throughout — treat them as the reference, not the quote.
- 2
Request a quote
In the cart, choose “Request a wholesale quote” instead of checking out.
- 3
We price it by hand
Your offer comes back with each line priced, shipping worked out for the freight it actually needs, and any deposit stated.
- 4
Accept and pay
Accepting turns the offer into an invoice. Pay it and the order ships like any other.
What is quoted per order
Pricing
There is no automatic volume-discount table. Prices and lead times are quoted per order, against the quantities you actually ask for. A quote holds for the period stated on it, or 14 days if none is stated.
Shipping
Free shipping is a self-serve checkout offer and does not carry over to a quote. Pallet and bulk freight is priced by hand and shown on the offer before you accept anything.
Minimums
There is no minimum for the store as a whole. Individual products can carry a minimum order quantity, and it is shown on the product before you add it.
Before you send one
You will need an account in good standing, a delivery destination we can validate, and every line at or above its minimum order quantity. The cart tells you if a line is short.
Invoicing and payment
Unless credit terms are agreed in writing, payment is due before dispatch. Credit accounts are offered at our discretion and only after application and approval; an approved account is invoiced net 30. Title to goods stays with us until the invoice is paid in full.
It all stays on the record
The request, the offer, the invoice and the whole conversation sit together under your quote requests, so nothing depends on finding an old email. Any past request can be put straight back in the cart.
