Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how SortaHub ships orders. SortaHub is based in Ontario, Canada and ships worldwide. Shipping details for a specific order are confirmed on your quote/offer or invoice.

1. Processing & dispatch

Orders are typically processed after payment is received or, for invoiced/credit orders, after the order is confirmed. Some items are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. We will provide an estimated dispatch or delivery window on your offer or invoice.

2. Shipping destinations & methods

We ship across Canada and internationally. Carrier and service are selected based on destination, weight, and the items ordered. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping charges (if any) are shown on your quote/offer or invoice before you accept. For some orders, shipping is arranged and/or included by our suppliers. Any charge is confirmed before the order is finalised.

4. Customs, duties & taxes (international)

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient unless we state otherwise. Delivery may be delayed by customs processing beyond our control.

5. Delivery, risk & title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provide (or to your nominated carrier where you arrange collection). Please provide a complete, accurate address; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

6. Tracking

Where a tracking number is available, we will provide it. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and service used.

7. Delays, loss & damage

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us promptly (see below) so we can investigate with the carrier or supplier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or resolution under our Return & Refund Policy. Please report visible transit damage within a reasonable time of delivery and keep the packaging.
