B2B Credit Account Terms

These terms apply where SortaHub grants a business customer ("Customer") a credit account. They are in addition to our B2B Terms of Sale. A credit account is offered at SortaHub's discretion and only after approval.

1. Application & approval

Credit is subject to application and approval. The Customer agrees to provide accurate business and financial information and authorises SortaHub to carry out credit and identity checks. SortaHub may approve, decline, or set conditions on a credit account.

2. Credit limit

SortaHub sets a credit limit for the account and may review, reduce, suspend, or withdraw it at any time. Orders that would exceed the limit may require prepayment.

3. Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices on a credit account are due net 30 days from the invoice date. Payment is made by the methods stated on the invoice. Time for payment is of the essence.

4. Late payment

Overdue amounts may accrue interest at the rate stated on the invoice (or, if none, a reasonable commercial rate) from the due date until paid, together with reasonable costs of collection. SortaHub may place the account on hold, suspend deliveries, and require prepayment while amounts are overdue.

5. Statements & disputes

The Customer should review invoices and statements and notify SortaHub of any dispute within a reasonable time (for example 7 days of the invoice date). Undisputed amounts remain payable by the due date.

6. Default

If the Customer fails to pay when due, becomes insolvent, or breaches these terms, SortaHub may suspend or close the account, make all outstanding amounts immediately due, cancel or hold pending orders, and exercise its retention-of-title and other rights.

7. Changes & termination

Either party may close the credit account on notice; closure does not affect amounts already owed. SortaHub may update these terms, with changes applying to orders placed after the update.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
